Embodied Ascension is a sound healing journey to help you come back to yourself.
Ascension is often spoken about as a raising of consciousness, but higher consciousness is not something we are meant to reach for while abandoning the body, the heart, or the present moment. The next level of your life begins to stabilize when you can return to presence, reconnect with the deeper self beneath old stories, and allow the light within you to rise from your center.
During this 90-minute live sound healing experience, we will work with crystal singing bowls, voice, binaural beats, and immersive soundscapes designed to support the body in relaxing, the nervous system in softening, and the energy field in opening.
Our intention is to release the stress, projection, fear, and future-focused anxiety that can pull you out of yourself during times of change. As the body begins to settle, we will create space to reconnect with the part of you that is still here beneath the noise of survival, control, and uncertainty.
To come back to yourself, you may have to loosen the definitions that were built while you were trying to survive. You may have to release old stories about who you are, what is possible, and how life has to unfold. You may have to stop trying to enter the next chapter from the same version of yourself that learned how to guard, brace, and stay separate.
Through sound, stillness, and intention, we will allow the next level of consciousness to become embodied. Not as an idea. As something you can feel in your body, hold in your energy field, and begin to live from now.
